All aircraft "Closing Documents" will be handled by AIC Title Company in their digital closing room. PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS NOT A ESCROW CLOSING. All payment will still be made direct to Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc via Wire Transfer or ACH Transfer. AIC Title Company will not handle any of the funds for these transactions, they will handle closing documents ONLY. AIC Title will be handling the closing documents only. As we have progressed into the digital age, electronic signatures and communication are a more efficient and expedited method of providing paperwork to the FAA. This should eliminate lost paperwork in the registration and transfer of ownership documentation, too. Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc will pay for this "Closing Document" service. ESCROW CLOSING: If you or your financier require a "escrow closing", please contact Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc before placing any bids. Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc nor the Seller shall be responsible for any of the cost required for a escrow closing. Furthermore, we will not waive payment due dates to facilitate a escrow closing.
